Set-up crew - We need 4 - 6 people to help with setting up the WagFest site the day of the event. Tasks like putting up easy-up tents (3 - 5) may require some heavy lifting.

Start Time: 9:00am  End Time: 12noon

 

Break down crew - We need 4 - 6  people to help strike the event, taking down easy-up tents, load up PAWS supplies and equipment and making sure the park is in good condition.

Start Time: 5:00pm  End Time: 7:00pm

 

Hospitality - We have two shifts for staffing the Hospitality area 10am - 2pm and 1:30pm - 5pm.  

The task is to keep the food and beverages in the hospitality area refreshed and encourage the musicians and volunteers to take breaks and stay hydrated.
